Questions schools ask us
What happens if a student loses connection mid-exam?
Answers are saved on the device as they are picked and sync automatically when the network returns. The timer keeps running on our server, so nobody gains or loses time — the student resumes exactly where they stopped.
Does it support WAEC / NECO grading scales?
Yes. The grading scale is editable per school, seeded with the WAEC A1–F9 bands, and CA/exam weighting defaults to 40/60.
Can parents see results?
Parents get their own portal showing each linked child's results, attendance and school notices, with report cards available to download.
